BrightTails is a commercial, subscription based pet bereavement support service. This service is strictly a non-regulated pet care support facility and is not an insurance product, mutual scheme, or regulated financial service. We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for these activities.
Monthly plan fees purchase ongoing access to digital pet loss guidance, end-of-life planning tools, promotional competitions, and physical merchandise rewards. An active BrightTails plan provides eligibility to apply for an optional, voluntary, ex-gratia discretionary bereavement grant which may contribute toward certain end-of-life costs. Financial support is entirely non-guaranteed and carries no contractual right to an indemnity.
Members of this subscription service do not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
